Industrial Automated Guided Vehicles

Aerocom, Official UK Partner

Aerocom have teamed up with Kivnon, Spanish manufacturer of industrial AGV machines designed to revolutionise the transporting of goods and navigation within a range of working environments. Browse their range of industrial AGV systems below, capable of moving various industries into the future of automation.

Kivnon describe their automated guided vehicles as being reliable, safe, easy to use, connect and showcase a range of unmissable features for easy diagnostics and online battery systems allowing the AGV systems to be operational 24/7.

Rest assured your employees will work in harmony with Kivnon’s range of automated guided vehicles due to they’re integrated ability to recognise the space around them, and should you need to place one of the AGV systems into operation, that’s easy too thanks to our jargon-free advice and instructions.

Our Types Of Automated Guided Robots

TransCar

K55A Pallet Stacker

This lifting AGV/AMR model is the transport automation solution for palletized loads. Perfectly designed to adapt to any open bottom or American pallet storage application, and internal material dispatches.

In addition, this lifting stacker allows to optimize properly the storage improving processes efficiency in intralogistics automations.

K55 Pallet Stacker

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and interacting with other AGVs/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people. Perfectly designed to adapt to any open bottom or euro-pallet storage application, reception and dispatch of goods, and internal material transport.

In addition, this pallet stacker allows to optimize properly the storage space and improves processes efficiency.

K03 Twister

This AGV/AMR model is the perfect solution for automating the transport of medium loads in highly specific processes interacting with other AGV/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.

Thanks to its rotational lift table, this mobile robot can rotate on itself maintaining the absolute position of the load. This allows greater flexibility of movement and minimizes the times of the operations.

K05 Twister

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and  interacting with other AGVs/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.

K10 One-Way

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and interacting with other AGVs/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.

K11 Two-Way

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and interacting with other AGV/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.

Easy diagnosis. Frontal Display informs about alerts or alarms, battery status and AGV destination.

K10P One-Way

This mobile robot is able to follow cyclic, fixed or conditional routes. The incorporated safety system allows it to share spaces and routes with people and other vehicles. It is also able to connect to upper-level maintenance controls and process systems.

K11P Two-Way

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and interacting with other AGV/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.

Easy diagnosis. Frontal Display informs about alerts or alarms, battery status and AGV destination.

K10HP One-Way

Automated guided vehicle designed to tow trolleys in a single direction of travel.

K11HP Two-Way

Automated guided vehicle designed to transport loads on trolleys in both directions of travel.

K41 Omnidirectional

This AGV/AMR model is the perfect solution for automating the transport of medium loads in highly complex processes.

Thanks to its omnidirectional mobility, it can perform manoeuvres that are impossible to other AGVs/AMRs and it requires less space.

K11P Two-Way

This mobile robot is capable of performing cyclical or conditional circuits and interacting with other AGVs/AMRs, machines, systems and/or people.
