Aerocom’s project management team has specific experience in several fields from offshore oil platforms, petrochemical plants, power stations and steelworks, to major new build hospital construction sites, building refurbishments, aerospace factories and automotive production lines.

All documentation is organised by our senior HSEQ management, who prepare a complete site-specific package submitted following the client’s approval process. The appointed site manager and qualified supervision develop the site documentation as the site progresses, maintaining an up-to-date document library. Following up and completing any necessary site documents and checklists, Aerocom delivers the project scope safely, systematically, fully compliant with all HSEQ responsibilities fulfilled and with all works inspected, tested and certified. All documentation is supplied to the client in electronic format by file transfer or published on project extranet sites following specific document control protocols.   

To fulfil our obligation to be BIM compliant in today’s modern construction industry, Aerocom has compiled a library of Revit family elements to support architects and the M&E fit-out designers.

Our project technical team collaborate with lead designers providing, 3D equipment models, adaptive design drawings, and calculations.

Explicit technical submittals are compiled to assure equipment, materials, and accessories conform to all current regulations and site-specific specifications.

A concerted effort is made to support our client’s in delivering projects with BIM Level 2 compliance.
