pneumatic tube system is the beginning of a long partnership with our
customer.
Like all mechanical systems, service and support is essential to maintain
a quality performance from your system for years to come.
Our support is provided to customers to meet with their needs.
Telephone support can overcome most difficulties, however, if a service
call is required, our service department will make the necessary arrangements
with the customer.
The aerocom AC3000 system is fully computerized, and can be accessed
with a password by remote modem link. All functions of the system can
be interrogated and adjusted to ensure continuous service with the minimum
of downtime.
Modem support is available between 8:00am and 9.00pm seven days a week.
